WTF?

So, I'm a poor college student and don't have cable/internet in my house at the time being. so now that I'm back at my parents house in San Antonio, I finally have the time to catch up on my favorite shows. SO I'm watchin Grey's Anatomy.... and I see Denny. watch the next episode, I see Denny again. WTF???? He's dead. But yet, he's walking , talking, sleeping with Izzie, haunting SGH.... the list goes on and on. This is a tad bit ridiculous. Actually, no, it's just plain ridiculous.
Plus he's hanging around with this expression on all the time:

He looks like a puppy that's lost his way. This storyline is making Grey's into a joke, killing it, jumping the shark, whatever you want to call it. I had a lot of hope for this season but its all slowly disapearing. I just hope I can bear to continue watching until my beloved LOST comes back on in January. Denny's reappearance is making him and Izzies beautiful relationship from season 2 into something trite and silly. I don't like it.
Heroes, is also starting to suck. Private Practice, isn't really all that great either.
So thank god for, 30 rock, Samantha Who, Fringe, and 90210 (it's trash, I know)....

I hope that someone pulls out the crash cart soon to revive one of my beloved shows... because it's coding, we're way past your simple occurrence of Bradycardia.

I think I am however one of the few people who aren't outraged by Brooke Smith's firing. I wish Isaiah Washington hadn't opened up his mouth about it, actually I just wish he'd stop talking about ANYTHING in public. The Callie/Hahn thing was awkward. And it's not because it was homosexual. It was just awkward. They had chemistry I guess, but so did phoebe and Ross and you never saw them getting together. Hahn was just too much, too strong a personality, not really all that feminine, and Callie is exactly the opposite ( not to say that she's not a strong personality, but she's very very feminine). Who care's that they fired her. It's obviously not because she's a lesbian. The story line didn't go the way they wanted, that happens. Actors should be used to that. Her role became a lot larger than I ever thought it would back in season two in 17 seconds, and now its over.
People come and go, they work and they don't work. Sometimes their guest spots evolve into something larger (like Micheal Emmerson on LOST, His initial appearance was only going to be part of the arc, they weren't sure if he was going to be THE other, but it turns out he's awesome so they went from there).

Thats enough for today!

Holy Shit

So Tonights episode..... wow.
That's pretty much all I can say about it.
I cried through most of it, because let's face it... I'm a lunatic.
Right now I should be writing two papers for school. But no...... I went out after LOST instead. Awesome.
But still... The promo for the two hour finale... mostly this part....
Gives me hope..... I'm so glad the spectacular kiss is a SKATe one.... god it made me cry just to know that they will have a chance to say goodbye..
God Bless Darlton.

That damn triangle.

So, LOST has been back from its short hiatus for two weeks now, and I can't even begin to explain how satisfying that has been.
Last week I was amazed by the explosions over at the good ol' dharma barracks, but mostly I was moved by how much Sawyer has grown. Last week, he risked his life to save Clare, and at the end of 4 x 09 he was threatening to kill Locke and Ben if they hurt so much as "one curly hair on his head." It's wonderful to see this transformation, it truly is.

And then there was this weeks episode, "Something Nice Back Home," and HOLY SHIT!! it was amazing.
FIrst off, I would typically define myself as a SKATER, but in all reality I'm a fan of whatever is best for the characters as far as the story goes. But this weeks episode was definitely one for the JATERS, and was quite interesting. FIrst off, as soon as Jack got out of bed and picked up those little orange panties, I had a feeling his lady friend would be Kate, it just had to be. NIce job trying to disguise Evangeline's voice by making it sound deeper while she was in the shower, although as soon as she started laughing, I knew for a fact it would be Kate and not some mystery woman behind those glass doors. And when Jack visited Hurley and got the message from Charlie, hot damn that was interesting, who exactly was supposed to raise Aaron? Maybe just Kate, or Clare? or perhaps none of the above. Seeing Jack begin to spiral down into alcoholism and drug addiction was quite interesting, especially given the circumstances. The end of the episode is heart breaking, after all this time Jack still doesn't trust Kate. Although who can really blame him with everything thats going on. The entire scene about Sawyer was just magnificent. After all this time he's still the one that separates Jack and Kate, and we all know that if it were reversed, Jack would be the one thing  fucking up the other two's happiness. The thing that caught my attention was Kate's use of the word "him," in 4 x 04 we were lead to believe that Aaron is the "he" she was talking about in TTLG, but now I really do think it could have been Sawyer. Which leads me to ask the questions.... was that him that she was talking to on the phone? If not, who was it? and also, what the hell is the favor she's doing for him, and how did she contact him if he is indeed on the island, and not one of the oceanic 6. Crazy.
Anyhow thats all I've got today....
Can't wait to see how this all pans out.

There's no place like a funeral.

Thanks to Dark UFO for these tidbits...
these are from the filming of 4X12 "There's No Place Like Home," which is rumored to be a Clare-Centric epi.... YAY!
IT appears as though our Oceanic 6-ers are at a funeral off the island. We can clearly see Sayid and NADIA! in the first few, and then Jack... and then at the bottom baby Aaron? kate, Hurley and I'm guessing Sun. Can't wait to see what goes down.

Got these little tidbits from Dark UFO and Lyly Ford....

Thanks to Ryan for this:

“LOST” landed in Kaimuki this morning, at St. Patrick’s Church on Waialae Avenue. The parking lot was staged with shiny BMWs and Mercedes (and a couple of black stretch limousines) with California plates. As an unusually large number of extras arrived, all dressed in black, it became clear they were there to film a funeral scene.

The actors were on the set soon enough. Jorge Garcia, Naveen Andrews, and Evangeline Lilly were tended to by wardrobe and make-up, along with another young female actress I didn’t recognize.

Other fans that had gathered speculated that the funeral was for Claire, but I spotted by chance a large portrait being carried into the church. A staid older gentleman with gray hair was depicted. Can't say for sure, but my mind flashed instantly to Christian Shephard.

The exterior scene involved Sayid and Kate standing outside the church as mourners filed in. A limo arrives, and Hurley exits along with the aforementioned young woman. And the woman, not Kate, is the one carrying the baby. The group hugs and talks briefly at the top of the stairs before heading inside. Though it looked like a flash forward involving many of the "Oceanic Six" (walkie chatter suggested Matthew Fox was en route), there was no flock of press.

Frankly I was more intrigued by Hurley's companion than the identity of the person being laid to rest. And were they bringing Aaron, or another baby entirely? A friend I saw there said the woman bore a slight resemblance to Marguerite Moreau, a.k.a. Hurley's crush Starla. But I admit that could just be wishful thinking on my part!

April showers bring may flowers...

or however the saying goes.
SO April is half way over, and I've started to realize just how MUCH I have to do before the semesters end, and how LITTLE time I actually have left.
Damn.
Anyhow, it's been a while my bloggerites, but I'm back and plan on paying much more attention to this page.
First things first.....
DARLTON:
So in t-minus 9 days LOST will be back on, as well as Grey's Anatomy. I'm excited, super excited. Especially since the lovely Steve McPherson gave the OK for another episode of LOST, making their second run have a total of 6 instead of five episodes, bringing the entire season to fourteen instead of the initially planned sixteen episodes. Thank You AMPTP for prolonging the strike forever!!
And I digress,
Anyhow, it appears as though  Claire is on the outs... And rumor has it Sawyer, Jin, and Locke seem to be ok for now. Thank god!
I've embedded the promo for 4x9 "The Shape of Things to Come," take a look:

It looks bad ass!!!! So the barracks apparently are going to explode, thats exciting. I guess they wont be visiting the YMCA to film anymore. Thats a shame, cause I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the LOSTIES livin' large dharma style.
I have to admit, my favorite Dharma item has to be the boxed wine:
.

That's about all I've got for now...

Shitty movies

SO, I'm home for spring break, and I've got some down time........so i've been watching a ridiculous amount of movies.
And now at 230 A.m the one I am currently watching has given me the inspiration to blog....
The name of the movie is Nancy Drew, and boy does it suck, but manages to harbor some addicting qualities that wont let me turn it off.
First things first, what the fuck is up with a 16 year old knowing how to do a tracheotomy and performing one in the middle of her bumping birthday party (which I should mention was so big and bumping that the cops were called, but too PG for there to be any realistic alcohol consumption....).
And second... her dad refers to her sleuthing like its a fucking drug habit. 'Nancy have you been sleuthing again. Cause you promised you would stop." Give me a break

SHIITTTTTTTTT

So I've realized a few things....
The real world is going to suck, and I don't think I want to go there....
I'm certifiably crazy....
I drink too much.
School is harder than I'd like it to be....

AND HOLY SHIT! I love damon and carlton.....
This season of LOST has been wonderful, and it just keeps on getting better. Last week, Kate's episode, Egg town, although the trial was a little iffy as far as credibility goes... was bad ass!!! How did Kate get Aaron, why is Jack so awkward? When is he going to start growing that damn beard? And please tell me even if there is some JATE in the future, that SKATE isn't over...

Moving on... this week's episode, "The Constant" had perhaps one of the most beautifully romantic endings ever. The Penny/Desmond phone call.... *sigh*... can't even put it into words....
It definitely goes on the list of moments that I've cried during LOST... making it the fourth time.
The others being, Boone's death, Charlie's Death, and Rose and Bernard's reunion...

Anyhow, I'm suffering from a raging case of writers block :(
AND i should be asleep
